Cleaning the Impress Head
Using the Head Cleaning utility
If you find that the printed epitome is unexpectedly faint or dots in the printed image are missing, y'all may be able to solve these bug past cleaning the impress head, which ensures that the nozzles are delivering ink properly.

Using the Head Cleaning utility

For Windows users
Follow the steps below to clean the print head using the Head Cleaning utility.
